I really wanted to work for this company. I had a phone interview followed by a 1:1 interview, which I thought went well. I was called back for a second interview with my potential supervisor's boss. I was told this was a formality. I guess he wasn't impressed because he didn't feel I had the FAA knowledge for the job. I was not offered the job.
