Received an email for an initial phone conversation. Connected with the recruiter on the role and specifications and expectations. Was then told that I would hear about next steps. It took a couple of weeks before I heard back to then interview with a hiring manager. The interview process for that was a little longer with multiple leaders on separate occasions.
