The hiring process is completely non transparent. Both interviews were simple and during the sessions i had strong feeling that the interviewers and recruter didn't see my CV. The interviewers didn't try to find out my experience, just blasted question from their list. Recruiter didn't tell anything about the company or position related things, just answered my questions. But the answers differed those from the hiring manager. I've been ghosted for two or three weeks after each stage despite several reminders from my side. If the hiring process is so chaotic and non transparent, what can we say about the company culture?
