Phone interview with HR and the hiring manager. 15 minutes with each. HR member very professional and thorough. Hiring manager very technical, but old school. Claim to be looking for leading edge but stuck in 2005 development methodologies.

Phone Interview - this was arranged by the Head Hunter. She was congenial as one would expect, apparently she was new on the job and the person she previously hired was not a good fit. This was the second time this head hunter suggested I interview for this job, I turned it down the first time since I wasn't thrilled about living in Neenah WI.
