I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jewelry Television (Knoxville, TN)
Interview
A recruiter initially reached out to me. After understanding the company background and agreeing to an interview, I was asked to provide answers to a series of questions to gauge my understanding of a product owner within an agile environment.
This was followed by a few days later by a one hour phone screen.
I was then asked to come on site for an interview which took place roughly 2 weeks after the phone screen.
The onsite interview lasted about 6 hours interviewing with 6 or so groups of people from the CTO to the team I would be looking to lead. Offsite lunch with the team and a tour of the building was also included.
