I interviewed at Jewelry Television (Knoxville, TN)
Interview
Was told my interview would be 30 minutes with 1 intervewer and ended up being over an hour with 2 interviewers. One was extremely rude and dismissive of my previous experience despite knowing before hand and also being impressed with the huge packet I had to fill out prior to getting an interview. Couldn't even answer my question of "who is your target market"
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jewelry Television (Knoxville, TN) in Dec 2022
Interview
Took weeks to get back to me after applying. Had me fill out a long social media packet before reaching out to set up an interview. Was told the interview would be 30 minute 1 on 1 interview, ended up being over an hour long and had 2 interviews. One was very kind but the other was very passive aggressive about my previous work experience, kept making comments about how my previous experience at a smaller company would be difficult to translate to their "billion dollar company" (she acted as if she had never seen my resume and as if it hadn't been over 2 months since I first sent them my application. Couldn't answer simple questions I asked regarding their target market or what their main goal was in regards to their social media. After dragging out the process for over 2 months, I never heard anything back after my interview. One of the worst interviews I've ever had, feel like I dodged a bullet though because this seems like normal behavior for this company.
