I applied online, and then they asked me to come in for an in person interview. The process was fairly easy, and they're looking for kindness over experience. I've never served before and was very nervous during the interview, but they were very kind and helpful.
It was a simple and easy process, and pretty comparable to any other average restaurant interview. It was not very stressful, and they want to know you as a person and also your experience.
