Very straightforward process. No trick questions or anything, all the questions were either focusing on my resume or are very relevant to the role. Everyone was extremely nice to say the least. The talent acquisition was the nicest lady ever. Overall a wonderful example of what the company stands for! I had a pre-screen audio assignment, then a phone call with the TA, then case study discussion with the managers (which I have to say has gotten much better than before, as earlier you would need to study the tool but now they focus on your approach) then a Sr manager.
