The interview process consisted of different stages. An employee is hired to oversee your process along the way and address any questions you may have. In the first stage, you are pre-screened on the phone with the assigned employee to get a small idea of your past experiences and personality. The questions are very general and not too hard. The second stage consisted of two coding exercises in whatever language you preferred. The tasks were presented clearly as to what you needed to do. After you read the tasks you get to inform your contact as to how long you think the tasks will take and if you have any further questions. Once you submit your exercises, they will be evaluated by a current employee. If all goes well you move on to the next stage. In the third stage you are booked for a 2 hr technical interview where you are asked some generic technical questions. You then go over with a team of employees your implementation of the previous exercises in the second stage. I was paired with a Data Engineer, a Front-End Developer and a Sr. Software Developer. After answering some questions about your implementation, you are given a task to complete on a white board. This is a collaborative task with your assigned team as you work to an answer. After the technical interview, I then moved on to a 1 hr values interview (Stage 4ish). This is similar to a personality interview and is a check to see if you will be a good fit with the company. You are presented with a pre-recorded scenario and then answer questions about what you heard. After this, you are asked some more general questions. I found the overall experience pleasant and enjoyable.
