It's very transparent its posted on their site. Call HR then a call with HR and the hiring managed then you may complete an assignment and do an interview with a panel.

Pretty cause asked about work experience. no specific questions that threw me off. They did ask about building relationships and how you handle difficult relationship situations within a company.
