Had a mostly good experience with them. Spoke with the hiring manager and then was given a take home assignment. I didn’t progress through the take home assignment (feedback was very detailed, which is great), but I was disappointed to receive their response to my assignment only when I followed up after a week from submission. I reached out a week after my submission and got a response 24 hours later. It makes me wonder if I was ghosted until I reached out. Considering they request candidates to complete the assignment within 2 days, I’d advise they comply within those standards as well when returning feedback.
Finally, although I applied for a talent attraction partner role, the assignment that was sent to me was for a Talent Attraction Manager assignment that was addressed to a Senior Talent Attraction Partner (the hiring manager mentioned it was for a senior talent attraction partner in her email). It was unclear what role I was actually being considered for. I’d recommend they align on what they’re looking for in a candidate, to have a transparent and equitable hiring process. It’s ok to have an open role with flexibility on requirements/level, but it’s better to communicate that to candidates.
