Initial phone call with Talent Rep, quick testing of knowledge on company. Second interview with management team. Friendly, but there was a lot of red flags during the interview. It is one thing to be casual, but another all together to be disingenuously so. I've interviewed a lot, on both sides of the table, and I recognize fake BS social fronts pretty easily. Quite honestly, I was aged out, too old for their team, so many red flags with comments from the Jobber team. Unfortunate, but I think I dodged a huge bullet here.
