This company has always been one of the companies I hoped to work for one day. I think their mission and company values align with what I seek for my next role overall. I like that they promote remote work culture and they start off with a decent pay. However, this was my second time in about 2 years interviewing for Jobber.. and I can't say either experience were positive. This time I feel like the interview went quite well.. not sure what they are looking for. The kind of role is within a call centre environment and I have not only worked at one, but I've worked at 2 call centres.. I've obtained about 5 years alone from these call centre jobs.. I have skillsets and attributes that align well with theirs. So I'm always so puzzled on why I don't make it to the next round.. it's puzzling. They don't want personality, they want a robot. They want someone polished on paper.. someone who's not overqualified, but also not under. I believe I'm overqualified for this role and that's why I wasn't chosen. Good luck to them though, this will probably be the last time I'll apply for this company. The dream has been deferred.
