Had my initial call with the recruiter and she was friendly and gave feedback a few days later. She let me know they wouldn’t be moving forward but that if I hit a certain billing goal to reapply.
I had already let her know in the initial call that I exceeded the billing that she ended up suggesting so I’m not sure if she was really listening.
You will have an initial phone screening by internal recruiter and then another phone screening by a manger of a specific team. If there’s interest you will be invited to a virtual interview with the manager and he/her leader where they will dive into your skills etc. If that goes well you will be invited to another virtual interview where you will do a role play. You will be on teams meeting with up to three leaders, and then if you do well there you will have a final call with the Chief Growth Officer

I applied to a job online and almost immediatly a voice chatbot called me. I was not interested in being interviewed by a machine. If I came onboard I might have to subject my candidates to the same. I will pass on this company.
