You will have an initial phone screening by internal recruiter and then another phone screening by a manger of a specific team. If there’s interest you will be invited to a virtual interview with the manager and he/her leader where they will dive into your skills etc. If that goes well you will be invited to another virtual interview where you will do a role play. I applied to a job online and almost immediatly a voice chatbot called me. I was not interested in being interviewed by a machine. If I came onboard I might have to subject my candidates to the same. I will pass on this company.
