I applied online. I interviewed at Jobot (San Diego, CA)
Interview
It seemed more of someone talking AT me than reviewing my qualifications. I wasn't asked much about what I did or my experience, was just told over and over how much better Jobot was which I found a bit off-putting.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jobot (Tampa, FL) in May 2025
Interview
In depth & accommodating. I was able to be flexible as well as speak truthfully and openly about where I was in my career, what my future plans are... and how Jobot fits into that.
Dishonest and not professional. Knew from the interview that this company was not worth working for but was offered a high base. I took the offer but regret joining and adding this to my resume
