I heard back from the recruiting two weeks after applying. However, my experience with the hiring manager was disappointing. She is too junior and was not comfortable having more experienced recruiter coming under her. She also seemed unprepared and unprofessional, asking open-ended questions that I answered to the best of my ability, but she kept repeating them as if unsatisfied. she also made no effort to understand how I could fit into the team, which wasn’t fully established. After the interview, I was ghosted even after sending couple of followups.
