Joby Aviation interview questions

The interview process was extremely slow. After applying, they took over a month to reply back to me to schedule the initial phone screen. Then I had multiple rounds - an interview with the hiring manager, a take-home assignment, and an onsite. Between every interview round, it took 1.5-2 weeks to hear back about the next stage. Overall process took 8+ weeks.

Had 3 interviews it was fairly welcoming. They were super response to my answers and helped me out me when I got stuck. Overall a great interview time and process.
