Applied online. Recruiter reached out for phone screen followed by a one on one interview with the hiring manager. The next step was a take home coding challenge. Submitted my solution within their stipulated time. Never heard back after several follow ups. It's fine if they are unhappy with me as a candidate but should have atleast the decency to reject me particularly when they expected me to spend several hours on a project
