Interview
Very relaxed interview process with easy to answer competency questions and motivation questions. Interviewers are helpful and make you feel at ease. Drinks were offered to us as well which was nice. Lasted about 30 minutes and is usually done as a group interview with a few others
the interview was pretty straight forward and casual. felt like a natural conversation. they were accommodating to the fact that i couldn't come in in person, which was nice. that's all i think

First there was a group interview and if chosen, were sent to a testing place with a moc kitchen where they tested you on product knowledge. They also tested on actually making the products on each station: juice, sandwich and coffee.
