Interview
We were interviewed as a group in one of their stores in central London. They explained about the history and goals of the company and how we could easily progress. Very relaxed atmosphere, we were told to show a glimpse of our personalities. We were asked to tell about ourselves but not necessarily our work experience which I liked. They told us about their stories and how they came to their positions and we were given a juice at the end. After attending many interviews, it was very refreshing to see something a little different!

the interview was pretty straight forward and casual. felt like a natural conversation. they were accommodating to the fact that i couldn't come in in person, which was nice. that's all i think

First there was a group interview and if chosen, were sent to a testing place with a moc kitchen where they tested you on product knowledge. They also tested on actually making the products on each station: juice, sandwich and coffee.
