Heard back a few days after submitting my application and was invited to an online group interview. After that went well, I was invited to a second group interview, this time in person. A day or two later, I got the email that I was hired.

they emailed me for an online interview. it took a few weeks to get the interview after I applied initially, once I got the interview I realized it was a group interview so it wasn't entirely focused on one person. they asked me and another person a question about how to handle difficult customers. after we each answered a few questions the interview ended and about a week later I got a job offer.

They did interviews in bulk and then narrowed down the numbers. I was alongside three other people and it felt like a competition to see which one of us could sell ourselves the best to the interviewer. However it worked out for me in the end as the other two seemed to not really connect well with the place.
