Interview
It was a group interview - there was 3 of us. The people interviewing you first kind of tell you a bit about the company and their backgrounds and such. Then they asked us if we did any previous research or have any knowledge about the company and you can say something about it or ask any questions based on what they just said so that you sound engaged/interested. Then they have mini interviews with each person where they asked us to tell them a little about ourselves and then asked different questions to each person. I was first so it was a little jarring but they asked me things like what my hobbies/ interests are, what I think I can bring to the company, what my expectations are, how would I be suited for the role and other questions, ig trying to gauge what I'm like as a person. I think they talked a lot about focusing on trying to figure out our personalities based on these interviews because a lot of the work is based on people and interactions.

the interview was pretty straight forward and casual. felt like a natural conversation. they were accommodating to the fact that i couldn't come in in person, which was nice. that's all i think

First there was a group interview and if chosen, were sent to a testing place with a moc kitchen where they tested you on product knowledge. They also tested on actually making the products on each station: juice, sandwich and coffee.
