Interview
Interview was in a group. Was meant to be five people but only three showed up. They just asked us about what we’re into and why we want to work there. It wasn’t a bad interview and felt like a conversation. Was a bit awkward that we had to do a one on one interview with other people. Joe and the Juice is a dog friendly place, and the interviewer brought her dog in. Someone in our group was petting the dog and the interview said the dog might bite. I don’t know why she brought her dog, knowing that her dog bites people. But overall, the interview was decent. But they expect you to know 60 of their products by heart and what goes in every product. (How many scoops and ice cubes are in each product etc) just think that’s a bit excessive, as it’s only juice, coffee and sandwiches at the end of the day.
the interview was pretty straight forward and casual. felt like a natural conversation. they were accommodating to the fact that i couldn't come in in person, which was nice. that's all i think

First there was a group interview and if chosen, were sent to a testing place with a moc kitchen where they tested you on product knowledge. They also tested on actually making the products on each station: juice, sandwich and coffee.
