Interview
I applied on Indeed to fill application, them did screening questions which took a week. Them invited for an interview with 4 other candidates. They asked questions and people answered in turn. They said those who get a job offer will be invited to training academy in a basement within 2 days. I got no job offer, which took 5 days to hear back, even though I answered all the questions. Also, they don't provide feedback in email for the decision. The whole process was time consuming. Why can't they just let you know straight away?
