Replied 5 weeks later, which is fine. Several emails and Teams call scheduled. Assistant rather amateur, interviewer self absorbed. I was asked if I had any questions and I could not think of any as we had gone over the tine and in decent detail. I then remembered remuneration had not been raised by either side. I sent an email the same day and have never heard from them. I was initially hesitant to apply for the position in that company as the administrative management staff did not seem diverse at all. I pushed that aside as it's construction and believed credentials counted. It was a very negative experience and having been shortlisted after over a month, then having the interview on Teams, some form of notification would have been great. I heard nothing after the Teams video call which is not professional.
