I applied at central area of London and the interview also took place in the central. The interview was a group interview of 4 people. The interviewer was very friendly and welcoming. He explained a lot about the company, job scope and responsibilities. Rather than the formal questions, they asked brain stimulating related ones I guess.

the interview was pretty straight forward and casual. felt like a natural conversation. they were accommodating to the fact that i couldn't come in in person, which was nice. that's all i think

First there was a group interview and if chosen, were sent to a testing place with a moc kitchen where they tested you on product knowledge. They also tested on actually making the products on each station: juice, sandwich and coffee.
