Interview
Two separate interviews, first one was through zoom with the recruiter. Standard screening, with your experience & background, why Joe & the Juice, your managerial style and how you handle tough situations with the team. Next you move to an interview with the DM of your location in person. 1-hour long interview, very casual and transparent atmosphere. Looking for personality, leaders/mentors in management styles, how you define hospitality, F&B health codes, and a couple ice breaker questions towards the end. Took 3 weeks, all interviews went very well but still got the rejection email.
