Interview
Applied online and recieved an invitation to an online group interview a week or two later. I personally find this sort of interview setup frustrating, as I feel it is hard to gauge a candidate's potential online and also in a group, however for a global company such as Joe and the Juice it makes sense. I did plenty of research for the interview and found the interview itself to go rather well, with three candidates being asked questions by the company recruiter. While this went well, we were told we would hear back within two weeks, and it has now been over 2 months and I still haven't heard from them. I did recieve one email claiming that the store I applied for was "reconfiguring its operational needs" but that I would hear back soon, but have heard nothing since. Not hearing back from a company after an initial application is one thing, however frustrating, but not hearing anything back after an interview, especially in this particular economy, is rude and quite frankly disrespectful.

the interview was pretty straight forward and casual. felt like a natural conversation. they were accommodating to the fact that i couldn't come in in person, which was nice. that's all i think

First there was a group interview and if chosen, were sent to a testing place with a moc kitchen where they tested you on product knowledge. They also tested on actually making the products on each station: juice, sandwich and coffee.
