Disappointing experience, first round was with recruiter and she advised she would set up time for me to meet with Hiring Manager. Even after a follow up email, no communication back to say we're not setting you up to meet with Hiring Manager, you're not a fit and we're no longer interested in you as a candidate. Joerns should think about the candidate experience even those who aren't qualified, don't make it to next round of interview process and/or aren't selected.
