I had a phone interview first and then a face to face. It was pretty simple and laid back. After that there is a month long back-ground check and after it clears you will get 2 weeks of training in California. You will learn about their equipment, how to use them properly and how to clean them. You will also have to do a Smith System training course online on how to drive safe.

Sat down one on one talked a while did the basic Interview got a call a month later because they hired someone then Needed an additional person. Got linked up with HR drug test background lots of paper work and I was in. He stated the job was very demanding didn't know what that meant till later.
