Interview is a STAR interview process. It is typically multiple interviews with panels made up of peers. They ask questions and then you provide examples relating to the question asked.
The process took 5 days. I interviewed at John Deere
Interview
The interview was supposed to very informal - which it was. The lady conducting the interview really struggled to explain what she was looking for with the questions she was asking- many times I had no idea what to say or if my answer was on track/point.

Describe a situation when you had to work with a difficult person
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at John Deere (Moline, IL) in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied through a career fair and did one behavioral, STAR format interview on campus. Then went to headquarters in Moline, IL and did two interviews, same format. They paid for an overnight hotel and travel, and gave us a tour after the interview. Interviews were very friendly and conversational.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at John Deere (Waterloo, IA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Two behavioral interviews each an hour long. First one was with an HR representative the second one was my hiring manager or was my actual supervisor. Very broad behavioral style questions. Interviewers were very nice and it was easy to talk to them. They gave you time to speak and didn't really ask anything difficult.
