Interview
I went to a national conference that had a career fair. I talked to John Deere and was offered an interview. The interview was a typical behavioral questions (favorite class, why Deere, etc). I waited about 2 weeks for the second round interview. They flew me to Moline, IL where I had 2 one hour interviews ....same behavioral questions, but they were more in depth. About 3 weeks later I recieved an offer.
