John Deere Manufacturing Engineer I interview questions

Typical STAR format that consists of 4 to 5 questions. There was a panel of at least two people for both interviews that I went through. Questions were somewhat broad and left room for interpretation.

Initial screening with HR rep, goes through resume, skill set, and why you want the job. Then a round with the hiring manager further getting to know your skill set and job history. Then 2 rounds of STAR interviews with a panel. These are all behavioral questions.
