John Deere Quality Engineer interview questions

Online application on JD career. Received call from recruiter about 3 weeks after application. Recruiter checks for background for job role. Got invitation for onsite (Ottumwa IA) for panel interview after 2 weeks from recruiter’s call. Onsite interview was for 4 hours, 2 hour of panel interview with two panels. Both panels have 3-4 sections of behavioral questions. 1 hour plant tour and 1 hour community tour.

The interview was interactive. I was told about the location, the company, job responsibilities. I was asked questions regarding my resume, previous work experience, a couple of technical questions related to the job description, behavioral questions
