Individual online assessment then a group interview in person - both fairly common sense answers, mostly hypothetical situations
Then the individual interview is more personal and asks about previous situations in which you have demonstrated an ability (to problem solve, work under pressure etc. )

There is a group exercise and a 1-to-1 interview, which go through your previous experience and a tell me about yourself question. The group exercise is really important in showcasing your team work abilties.
