The interview process was very straightforward, and the questions asked were based on the behavioral patterns and testing the communication skills. The overall process included an online test, and once that was cleared, there was a group discussion round with the other candidates, and then each candidate was interviewed individually.

How would you help a customer who is busy shopping with kids but is confused about finding the item they are looking for? How would you reach out to them and help them?
The process took a hour or so. We participated in group exercises and interview questions were asked on a one to one basis. The process was easy going and I didn’t feel pressured or nervous and it was welcoming.
