John Lewis & Partners interview questions

Applied online. Received an email asking me to book an assessment. Arrived at the Partners Entrance, there were 6 of us in the session. Half were sent to do the group activity, whilst my group waited for the 1 to 1 interview. Really relaxed, asked good questions which you could expand upon and use your own examples. Make eye contact, and look confident! Then, my group of 3 carried out the group task, making a leaflet for new Partners. Make sure you contribute but don't dismiss others or try to take charge. Overall, I actually enjoyed the process, everyone was very friendly, they're just getting to know you!
