      Administrative Services Interview

      Sep 9, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Walnut Creek, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at John Muir Health (Walnut Creek, CA)

      Interview

After completing my online application, I was contacted by a professional and friendly HR employee to set up an initial phone interview. The phone interview, conducted by an HR Business Partner, lasted for about 45-minutes - we spoke about my knowledge base and the details of the position; this interview was refreshing in that I knew I was speaking with a professional - I felt we covered a lot of ground. The next step involved 2 in-person interviews, with the hiring manager and another HR Business Partner. Welcoming and professional interviews, it was as though we had worked with each other before, a genuine sharing of best HR practices as well as common business interests. After this, I was invited to an extensive panel interview with 5 HR professionals. Following the panel interview, I was asked to meet with the Sr. VP of HR and the HR Manager of Employee Relations, at the corporate Administrative offices. The interview process took 4-weeks. An offer of employment was made, contingent upon a satisfactory, full background check and physical. To be completely transparent to those who apply to JMH, the interview process was absolutely, without a doubt, the most comprehensive, yet friendly and professional process I have been through - in any organization. Every individual exemplified compassion, a love for their employer's mission and the work they do... and, I always felt that I was being invited into a warm and caring family, each step along the way. Though the interviews were extensive and challenging, I was always treated with courtesy and the utmost respect.
