After applying online to a posted position and submitting my resume and cover letter, I was contacted by the OT supervisor to schedule a panel interview with other occupational therapists to discuss the position, my specific skills and reasoning to want to work here.

There were three managers during them entire interview but one walked out in the middle of it after agreeing to hire me, but then I was called later and I was told I was not given the job.
