I was called for a panel interview after 3 weeks. There were 4-5 interviewers. Each one asked questions. Interview was not that hard. They mostly asked me behavioral questions.
They asked me one clinical question.
Interview process was very pleasant.

They give you the interview questions before hand, just make sure to study them and have your answers ready. Also remember to smile and have confidence. All interview are intimidating but as long as you answer the questions appropriately with truthful experience. You will do great.

Got an initial phone call from an HR rep to schedule an interview. Due to COVID, the interview was scheduled via zoom. Interview was in front of a panel of 4 people - one HR rep, department manager, department director, and another nurse. The interview was about 30-40 mins long and was mainly behavioral type questions with some scenarios. Heard back from the hospital about a week after the interview.
