I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Johnson Controls in Jan 2023
Interview
First interview with an HR person to go through your experience. Second interview with your supervisor and a colleague with whom you might have to collaborate No opportunity to ask questions during the second interview. Incredible! They absolutely don't care if you'd like to know more about the position and the company. After 10mn, the "supervisor" turned off his camera, put his mic on mute and ....let his U.S. colleague drive the discussion. I found this interview absolutely irrespectful! First time in my 20-year career! By the end of the interview, I had no more insights on the position, no details about the next step,... After all I sent a "thank you note", I cc HR, I tryied to reach out to HR, still no answer ...and one month later, finally a rejection email. Guys @JCI, next time, even if the person doesn't match your expectations, just be respectful!
