Interview
Initial corporate recruiter contact/phone interview.
Meet with Branch General Manager for secondary vetting.
Panel interview with Senior Account Executive, Branch Service Manager, Project Manager.
Call back to inform of offer letter within days of interview.
2 rounds of interview. First was an in-person with the hiring manager. Next was a virtual interview with hiring manager and Market General Manager. STAR and behavioral based questions. Overall, a smooth process

Interview
First round with HR/Recruiter was so dry. There was zero excitement or inflection in their voice when speaking about the company or role and they did not come on camera.
Easy as i was asked a couple of questions. You have to just be yourself ya know. Great process. Be prepared to role play. I had a couple of calls and zoom interviews and that was it.
