Internal recruiter arrived significantly late to the scheduled call and would not provide the salary band for the position. This is a huge red flag if not providing the salary band is truly company policy, I ended the call.
I thought it went decently, but i defitnely feel it Could have been much better organized in the flow of questions asked. But still ok because the interviewer was flexible in their questions.
