I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Milwaukee, WI) in Aug 2010
Interview
Had a phone screen which was quite positive. Had 3 more in-person interviews which were interactive and progressive: both of us in each convo were trying to make a match. I was impressed with the intensity, focus and clarity on what was needed. The office was modern but not flashy -- functional and on the warm side of neutral. The people are uniformly friendly, hard-working, and professional, and they expect quite a bit.
