I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (York, PA)
Interview
Two phone screenings and a one-day series of one on one interviews with department heads. The phone screenings were to gauge general background and fit. The one on ones seemed geared more toward personality and attitude, while covering the work and ability to perform needed tasks.
The interview process was good. The recruiter was very engaged, asked a lot of questions and seemed interested in me as a candidate. The interviews were scheduled promptly. I receive the follow up email promptly too.
