One of the weirdest interview experiences in my career. HR based out of India calls in the most unusual of times, has zero clue about my profile (which I did submit for this role) and was reading out to me the job description from the post when asked questions. Giving her the benefit of doubt, I agreed to proceed to meeting with the hiring manager at their Miwaukee location. I am not sure if the hiring manager was consulted before confirming the interview or he is just unprofessional, his questions reflected no idea of my profile nor the role. Neither was he willing to indulge in the role's responsibilities nor was he respectful. They could have outright rejected me but instead chose to waste time. Disappointed in the team.
