I applied through LinkedIn, took two phone screening calls, and came in the office to interview. The interview was easy, mainly asked about my previous roles and education. I prepared a lot of information about admin work requirements, but no one asked me to display any of that knowledge. I was the only person wearing a mask, so I can verify they are not serious about COVID-19 protocol here. I was told I would hear from them in the next two business days, but I did not receive any follow up nearly a week later. I can take a hint, of course, but I find it disrespectful to not reach out, it's a bare minimum. They are a staffing agency themselves, so it is disappointing- the lack of communication with interviewees.
