The place seems to Have very toxic management, I got an employment offer that got withdraw because I requested them to write down a condition that both Interviewers stated was part of the job. Instead of giving me the option and negotiate back and forward like any respectable and professional work place. The U.S. interviewer, one of the hiring persons in the U.S abruptly said management changed their decision and that they were going on another direction. She was clearly very emotional, rude and unprofessional. The worker/employer in Canada just plainly ignored my attempts to connect and get a proper and professional explanation. Something seemed off from day one as the interview process was very rushed. Also, the training was only going to be a 3 days. This is the perfect example of dodging a very toxic work environment, wouldn't recommend anyone to apply to work for this organization.
