Began with an online application, I had 4 or 5 phone interviews and one face to face. It helped to meet with so many people to get a good feel of the people I would be working with if given an offer.

Too many interviews and discriminatory hiring managers. 8 total interviews is ridiculous and ends up being a complete waste of time when they discriminate based on appearance - that by the way has nothing to do with the job. They need to add appearance to the job description if that is a deciding factor. Their company credo is meaningless - don't buy their lip service.
